Answer: Happiness comes in both ways, the easy way and the hard way. Going through sadness over something you're unsatisfied about is okay, but always question yourself: being sad over this will it benefit me? is it worth to be sad over petty things like this and make myself into an emotional wreck? i might evaluate the problem and learn a lesson over it. or it might even increase the problem and i may never run away from it because my mind is constantly thinking about it. i could do the opposite of what i am doing and improve what i am. but i can't control my feelings. what am i to do. i should calm down then think about it. because all this overthinking is killing me internally, i should probably stop talking. in my head. ssh. let the quiet put things where they're supposed to belong.
